Take Nostr content beyond Nostr clients – embed it anywhere on the internet.
It’s been almost a year since I tinkered with nostr. So here is my next hobby project, which is a personal need as well. I wanted to a have a “Nostr follow” button in my site and the ability to embed certain “nostr notes” in my posts, just like how I embed “tweets”.
After looking into all existing works on similar lines, I believe there is a room for what I intend to do. So made these web components to start with:
- Nostr follow button
- Nostr profile
- Nostr profile badge
- Nostr post

Though I am very excited about this and have plans (like zap buttons), I don’t want to put in more time building something that no one wants. So sharing the progress made so far in twitter and nostr and will spend sometime to reach people with this. If there is a real need for this, I will happily build over next set of components.

Finally, I am happy that I have ‘Nostr Follow’ button, ‘my nostr profile’ embedded in this site’s sidebar 🙂
